I did not watch CNN’s Tea Party debate last night because I’m not into self-induced vomiting, and I knew that would be the result if I listened to that bullcrap. After seeing this clip over at MPS, I am very glad I made that decision.
When Wolf Blitzer posed a hypothetical question about whether a 30 year old man with a good job who decides to forgo health insurance because he is perfectly healthy and feels he doesn’t need it is suddenly struck with a catastrophic illness he cannot afford to pay for should be left to die, the audience breaks out in applause and whistles and loud shouts of “YEAH!!!!” can be heard.
These are the people who say that liberals are godless evildoers who are out to destroy America.
People who applaud and cheer for executions, and applaud and cheer for leaving uninsured people to die, because, hey - FREE MARKET, BABY!!!!!!!!!
These are the people who make Jesus weep.

CNN is now shilling for the teabagger nutjobs as well. We have become a nation of heartless, ignorant fucks according to this video, but don’t touch their medicare!
Amen. That was sick ass crap. Horrifying. Even Ron Paul didn’t say he would turn him away.
Spinny, my jaw literaly hit the floor when I heard the “Yeah!!!!!!!!”s yelled out, along with the whistling and applause.
And I have no doubt those people stroll into church every Sunday swearing that they are one with Jesus Christ.
What the hell????????
Ugh.
That makes me sick. I guess WWJD is just for throw pillows and tacky jewelry.
Spinny, that should be a bumper sticker.
I know everyone in the Tea Party doesn’t think that way, but those people who claim to be Christian are not following Christ’s example. My parents are ultra religious Christian Conservaties. They watched the debate and thought that was horrible. Ugh.
It really amazes me ( probably SHOULDN’T , but it does) how people are so willing to toe the party line and make EVERYTHING about politics and cut out their own humanity in the process. I had a dust-up on the Book of Faces with a friend who could not differentiate between being disgusted with the reaction of THAT particular audience and condemnation of the party as a whole. It turned into a whine session over “Oh, so now all Republicans just want people to die” and “liberals are horrible” , instead of “yeah, that crowd was pretty harsh….I don’t care for government healthcare, but no one deserves to just die”.
The human disconnect is just amazing to me.
Glad your folks don’t fall in that category.
ROTFLMAO.
I cannot believe this. What heartless, mean-spirited, rotten fucks they are.
I just can’t fathom the kind of mind that CHEERS for leaving a person to die without medical treatment.
Okay, maybe if it were, say, Ted Bundy or John Wayne Gacy, or Hitler or Idi Amin………but just some dude who failed to get health insurance and thought he was too healthy to need it?? That is really worth cheering???? Wow.
Don’t get me wrong, there are some fucked up, crazy-ass liberals running around too who have some apalling mindsets, but holy crap. I don’t think you’ll ever find libs cheering for death panels at a pre-presidential debate.
Shudder
How exactly are they different from the terrorists they’re always seeing around every corner?
I just luuuuuvvvvs gettin’ me some Michele Bachmann, though – if there’s anyone crazier in politics (and I’m prepared to go back as far as Idi Amin), I haven’t heard about them. I’m surprised she didn’t suggest simply praying harder if your kidneys fail.
Ron Paul informs us that the high cost of medical procedures is due to the socialized medicine concept – presumably, if we all just “took care of each other and took responsibility for ourselves”, the price of a triple bypass would drop to where people who live in a trailer park could easily afford it, right? Show of hands, who believes that? Yeah….that’s what I thought. Because medicine is all about bringing those prices down to where you go to medical school for years just so you can make about the same money a Wal-Mart supervisor makes. Uh huh. Where do you think their paychecks come from, numb-nuts?
Tell you what; pay a visit to a country that doesn’t have government-sponsored healthcare, and bring me back some video footage of poor folks getting cheap heart operations. I’d like to see that.
Good lord, I just read about her claim that the HPV vaccine makes people retarded.
Anyone who says they believe she would make a good president should be forced to surrender their driver’s license, firearms, and any power tools they own because they are definitely to stupid to be trusted with anything even slightly mechanical.
And that includes pencils.
where was the follow-up question: mrs. bachmann, when did you get your gardisil shot?
Follow up question?????
What on earth gave you the idea there should be FOLLOW UP questions?????
What do you think this is, a debate for people who want to be PRESIDENT, and should be asked deep, probing questions about their beliefs and experience, by the journalists who serve as moderators???????
Silly woman!
i just thought botox batshit bachmann would have liked an opportunity to explain what happened to her mental facilities.
That woman was stupid long before Gardasil came along, but her followers are stupid enough to not realize that so it could work for her!
On the sad face side, I find myself being forwarded nonsense like THIS
http://trenches.wordpress.com/2008/03/14/the-gardasil-scam-hpv-does-not-cause-cancer/
by wingnut friends who probably have stacks of Kevin Trudeau books and cases of Monavie in their basement, along with Colon Cleanse, Thighmasters, and Slap Chops.
Fools and their money…..swiftly parted.
Crap, links display in red, so you can’t frickin’ see them, but if you hover it show’s up in black. Another bug to work out…..
I’m surprised she didn’t suggest simply praying harder if your kidneys fail. I just lmao..does that make me a bad person?
You slay me Mark..in a good way of course.
I can no longer stomach listening to any Republican candidiots. I get indigestion too easy….. besides….. they just all kind of sound like stray cats fucking.
That sound is annoying as hell, too.
Damn.
