In other news, actress and wingnut extraordinaire Patricia Heaton has fled Twitter (or was kicked off – her URL reads “suspended”) after a shitstorm of outrage poured in after she made the bone-headed decision to not only support Rush Limbaugh in the “Slutgate” controversy, but to post a series of hate-Tweets aimed at Sandra Fluke during which she snidely refered to her as “G-Town Gal” and said things like
“hey, G-Town Gal: Turn your underwear inside out! Then u only have to do laundry every 2 weeks – saves on detergent and trips to laundry mat!” and “hey, G-Gal! Change major to Health Sciences, then look at pix of people w/syphilis,gonorrhrea (sic),herpes and chlamydia! Instant birth control!” .
Because apparently she’s reverted to age 14 because 54 is a big fat depressing drag.
Her profile may be gone, but screencaps are FOREVER……thanks, Angry Black Lady!!!!!!!!
When I first saw this, I thought it HAD to be from a spoof account, but it was her actual, verified account. Whether or not she actually did her own Tweeting or if she had staff that did it for her remains to be seen, but knowing her track record of rabid conservatism and pairing it with the vomit inducing praise-a-thon she published on Breitbart’s site this past Friday, which has also now disappeared (all links to it now go to the Breitbart homepage) it is pretty evident that the Tweets were definitely hers. She is now in major damage control mode, seeing as how seven of Rush’s major advertisers have pulled out of his show and now people are galvanizing to go after advertisers on Heaton’s ABC show “The Middle”….she just realized that her loose lips could possibly sink not only her ship, but the ships of all the people connected to her now possibly endangered sitcom.
I always thought her character on Everybody Loves Raymond was an uptight, hypocritical bitch, and it is very apparent that the character was NOT a stretch for her to play.
What a cunthammer.
FYI - I googled “cunthammer” and lo and behold, there is an actual band named Cunthammer.

Heaton’s Twitter page is now back, and so is her Breitbart eulogy……Heaton says that she has apologized to Fluke, and Tweeted “We have diff opinions but I was too flippant in my attempt at humor…Tweatons: Finally heard all the commentary. I crossed the line w/@SandraFluke. Don’t agree w/her views, but I was not showing Christ’s love”
She has been known to vacation at Debordieu. Wonder if she and Ollie North are buddies?

You said it — I never liked the character Debra for exactly the reasons you mention, and I’d figured out Heaton wasn’t really acting that part. It gives me more respect for the talents of the other adults on the show, especially Doris Roberts, who’s no friend of teh stoopit.
I love Doris Roberts.
Can you just imagine, though, what the backstage dynamics would have been like had Betty White had that role? I don’t think Ms. Heaton would have ever dared to open her yip around her.
I knew Heaton was a Repub – but her comments are obnoxious and vile. I liked “The Middle”, but it will not appear on my TV/DVR EVER again!
I managed to ignore her until she started picking on Michael J. Fox…..that’s when I really knew she was a total cunthammer.
